Terrible customer support – Funimation Review

I purchased the 50.00 premium plan last summer. I’m enjoying my subscription until December of 2021. All of sudden they kicked me out of the app and said I needed to create a new account. I purchased the yearly plan so my subscription is not done till the summer. I then did my whole account thing and try to restore purchase. Nothing. It just says if I want to upgrade. So I contact customer support and all I get is the runaround. Still waiting for my account to be restored or my money back. You can’t just take away the plan I paid for which not expired yet and not tell me about it. Just going to go and get crunchyroll
