Inspiring for kids!

im sorry, but your ads is a major problem. they have 3 for a 24 minute video? i feel like that excessive, especially with the fact that you cant skip them in mind. honestly, there is a LOT of anime to choose from, but some of my favorites like the promised neverland and kakegurui arent on there, which was a bummer. i honestly hope they make the app better but i cant say i doubt they will.

Hello, Funimation fan i have been a premium member for 3 or more years! This app after the merge with VR became horrible. After a while the video just turns black and stars buffering, I have to close the episode and go back… mind you ep are like 23 min during those minutes I have to close the video like 5 times, also when you get out of the the app and log back in it doesn’t show the ep I was in but ep 1. And please add background play so I can text and watch at the same time, your app is very behind on the feature or what is the reason you don’t added? Also please add more anime romance and shojo ❤️ I care a lot for this app is one of my favorite

Where are The Subbed Options

All of these shows that I want to watch specify that they are available in English and the original Japanese language. Yet, even having set it in the App Settings to Japanese for the language I prefer with English subtitles. Well, when I go to play a show and click the three dots in the top right to select the language for that anime, it only offers English. What gives?? As I said, I’m the details of all these shows that I’m attempting to watch it says both English and Japanese are offered. But that’s just not the case apparently as it only shows English available in the show settings. This is so very aggravating to me. When I use the CrunchyRoll app it always offers the original Japanese audio language with English subtitles. But here even though it states both I only ever get offered English. I know many fans have a hard time reading and watching television. But there are those of us who appreciate and enjoy watching anime in its original language. Can you not offer us both please? I just started my trial for Funimation and with this service’s huge selection of shows I was happily considering continuing to pay for the service each month. But, if this app/service only offers users dubbed anime then I plan on canceling my trial and not subscribing honestly. Perhaps I’m just missing something and there’s a way to select the original Japanese option with English subtitles. If so it’s not easy to find. I did the obvious things and selected my preferences in the app settings but apparently that’s pointless? I tried to use the website to look for help but couldn’t find answers pertaining to my problem. I also didn’t see a way to email the company and ask. So I would all please if you would give me info. with my issue in a review reply please. Thank you. If not I’ll just cancel my trial and continue to use other anime services. Thanks.

Funimation is amazing when you use it’s free mode all it has is ads not bad one thing please make dub fyi it stands for English free without premium that is my only compliant over all it is a amazing app.

Very good shows when you can access them and that is the problem. You can find a show and then the next minute it doesn’t exist. Then you find a show that has no episodes but a few hours later they have episodes for it. This is even if you can get on the app at all. For something you pay for not worth the money for the poor user experience you get but when it works it is worth it. Not only the above mentioned things but sometimes it bugs out and freezes in the episode. I can go from my living room to my bedroom to continue a show and it doesn’t work at all when it was just working fine and not to mention I pay for this and the app no longer works for me at any point. The only reason I keep this is because it does have the most dubbed and what I prefer to watch anime on unlike cruchyroll who is mainly in original languages and that is fine for those that like that kind of thing but I don’t like reading when watching something. If it wasn’t for the dubbed content I would cancel this and watch for free on gogo anime

I love having access to some of my fav shows; however, streaming is constantly a problem. Even with the strongest wifi connection, whether on my phone, roku, etc. It's the same problem with this specific app in which episodes may or may not load. It doesn’t happen with my other streaming services. I decided to cancel my subscription because it’s not worth the hassle. Instead, I’ve just upgraded my Hulu account to no commercials.

they never finish series and only keep up with a few like bleach or hxh they dont finish the only anime i watch that they ever keep up with is demon slayer and attack on titan. not only that but another reason why i got it is because i like to make edits and i wanted to make edits but i cant screen record anything which means i cant do that

Needs to update shows more and add the full series not just little tid bits and fix the bad quality or at least speed up the time to get better and yea just fix the quality thing please

This App is Still Buggy

I’ve lost count of how many updates this app has gotten and it is still slow, buggy and not worth the money. Shows still randomly disappear from my queue, ads still refuse to play. Sometimes I have to keep selecting the episode I want to watch and hope the ads play or the app glitches and no ads play. The developers of this app are either completely incompetent or they’re severely understaffed. It’s been like 6 months since the “new and improved version” and it’s still at best a 3/5.

But one big downfall when downloading episodes (i watch offline alot) is when you download multiple seasons of the same show, it puts all of the episodes in order, like all episode 1’s, then episode 2’s with no distinction between the season, this needs fixed.
