I like the app as I lets me cast to my tv, however it is pretty buggy, and crashes every trine I try to switch between languages.

When I'm watching a series in English the third or second episode all of a sudden change to Japanese! And the layout stays on the screen for like two minutes! Please fix!


The app is great, just a minor problem

The app works great and I do like it. It is a huge improvement from the older app. The only problem is that whenever I try to set the audio to Japanese the app will just crash instead of playing the video. But whenever I set the language to English the video plays normally. Please fix this minor bug as I do enjoy watching anime in Japanese rather than in English.

No sound

I just got the app and when i started watching anime there was no sound, i checked and my phone volume was on maxe and i couldnt figure out how to make the sound work i made sure my phone was still able to make sounds by going to videos so it is clearly the app, so far im having a really bad time on this app, and if there is a way to get the sound to work i will change my rating to 5 star but for now its a 1 star cause no sound is a big problem for me

Hello! I just have a few things that I want to point out. One, I contacted customer service before to inquire about my problems trying to sign up to another annual subscription and also another question about my info in my bio. Shortly after I sent my message I was able to fix my subscription access but not my bio info. *** Customer Service never got back to me to reassure about my service*** 2nd, on the iPhone app for 6+ , the design of the app when playing doesn't give you option to switch languages. Also no back button for the previous episode. The worst part, I tried to keep playing a show in English which is available in English since I can play it on my Ps4 and my laptop. But my iPhone app failed utterly and miserably:( This is sad because this is the main reason I subscribe to Funimation in the first place. It really is kind of a let down from the product and the customer service. Kind of disappointing.
