The user interface is terrible. You would think after all the money Funimation gets, they chip in to the app and website features to watch anime. It’s frustrating to pause in the app because the pause logo pops up and you have to wait for it to go away before hitting play. The app aesthetics needs work, keep the purple but make it work because it looks like a mess. Yet the website is still worse. It takes forever for the play icons to go away when watching it on a laptop screen; even after moving the mouse the bars won’t go down so it’s faded black on top, blocking the show. There should be a way for the app to have small screen and detach screen where you can use other apps and watch anime, like how Hulu does it.
The subtitles are delaying

Occasionally the subtitles will be delayed and if I restart my device it’s still delayed, and there always delayed when I download episodes

so can u plz tell me why i cant watch s2 ep28-31 and can u explain why its telling me that i need to “upgrade” my account? if thats the case then why not make everything free in my opinion

I’ve had this app for only about two months but in the time I’ve had it I’m disappointed:(( That goes with saying it isn’t a bad app that includes crappy anime there’s lot of selection my issue is like others have stated it lags and it lags horribly I can never just sit and enjoy more than one episode in one go because the app crashes and it does this repeatedly I pay for this ? It stinks because I love anime and I love to enjoy it but like can’t this be fixed when it’s been a concern for over now two years mentioned by many users
The maturity settings are not working

I wanted to watch some anime and it said I had to change the maturity settings on and when I went to the app settings I tried to enable it but it said to log into my account on the website. I did that and for some reason it says the settings are enabled? If they’re enabled, then why can’t I watch that anime? You should really fix it because I am mad about it.

Berserk season 2 complete series

Bought off Amazon berserk complete series season 2 not the golden arc but after so I get the code crest an account use the code and can’t find the movie anywhere to be watched for my own enjoyment besides my physical copy. Multiple time Funimation has done this and I’m not sure why. As much as I love anime I do not like being deceived.

I love Funimation and it’s content, but the app for my phone, The website, the app on my TV … they all have so many issues. It constantly logs me out or says the network isn’t available.. it’s got some issues finding titles or navigate..it sometimes doesn’t show what I was watching or anything from my queue. . ugh. It’s just a bit frustrating.. I even avoid watching some of my shows because the app can be so glitchy. It isn’t awful .. but it definitely needs some work. Please. Please make it better.
