So Disappointed

Used to be the best app out there. Receipts uploaded no problem, codes no problem. Now the new codes for their new products don’t enter, points that’s should be credited aren’t. I’m out almost 300 points. And trying to get in touch with the customer service that they have linked is a joke ( 5 emails later no response). This app went down hill fast, very sad because it was really good.

I have recently gotten this app and it is easy to use. A feature that I will recommend would be the ability to make an avatar to depict me with my cat. I think that would be a neat feature for many app users.

Not able to log-in

After using the app for about a week I was suddenly logged out. I tried logging back in but it won’t recognize my email. Very frustrating.

Doesn’t work anymore

App worked great but after a while it signed me out and wouldn’t let me log on. I know for a fact I was using correct email and password but it wouldn’t work. I couldn’t even reset my password BUT on the website it lets me log in just fine! I just deleted the app. Not worth the hassle.

Don’t download!!

I successfully made an account, added points about 300 and suddenly it logged me out. I’ve been trying to log back in with no luck and it keeps saying my email is invalid. I can’t even create a new account! I’m so upset I’m changing my litter to arm & hammer. Save yourself some frustration and don’t download this piece of trash. It’s a scam!!

Sure it can be buggy, but it’s an easy way to get free stuff

I’ve had the app for about a year now, even though I’ve been will be using fresh step for almost a decade (oh those lost points). I’ve gotten a bunch of cat toys for my five babies, which they all love. I’ve never had a problem with a receipt upload, and although I have had some issues inputting the codes, customer service has always credited my account with points without question. For free app that gets me free cat stuff, this is great. Keep doing what you’re doing, Fresh Step!

Difficult to submit codes/purchases

To collect points you have to either upload your receipt or enter a code found inside the box. The receipt upload rarely works and most manually entered codes are rejected. I’d rather they made the litter cheaper and skipped the app or put coupons in the box.

Invalid codes

The app originally worked great. Codes on packaging can be difficult to read at times, but everything worked fine... for a while. Now, every time I try to enter a code, it tells me the code is invalid- even when the code is easy to read and input. Beyond that, the rewards are pretty cheesy but I could deal with that if the app would start taking codes again.

Won't accept codes from box.

What a waste of time. After cutting the code out of the box (a messy process) it wouldn't even accept it. Done with this app and this brand of litter. Even though it proclaims "low dust formula" pouring it sends plumes of dust into the air. NG no good

I never write reviews for apps, but I had to for this one. The app is horrible when trying to submit your point code. You either get an incorrect error message or it just tries to submit for ages and never does. My advice is to use the website for entering points.
