Cancellation without notification

I booked a taxi service for 6:05-6:15 on a Sunday morning to catch a train. I was notified they didn’t find a driver at 6:15. I had to run as fast as I could to get to the train station and I almost lost 800 euros as a result of this apps incompetence. FIX THIS ISSUE.

Unable to contact driver as no message function and call function shows blank number and does not call driver. Trips are prepaid and when driver starts trip without passenger it’s nearly impossible to get a refund. Lastly, tried twice to book where estimate is 2 mins but actual is unknown (I gave up before app found a driver). I was a keen customer but realized that this app is a waste of time.
Driver demanded more money in Barcelona

Driver demanded more money, said the fare that this app estimates is not correct and that I must pay an extra 10€ to him. There is no way in the app to report a driver. Support is non existent, just a bunch of articles on what to do if this app charges you twice or more than it should have. I wish they let Uber in Barcelona but apparently a taxi app should allow for a certain minimum scamminess level to operate there.

Would help if I could actually enter my address and not the nearest pin point. Also, a notes section to give directions would be good.

Downloaded the app to use in Barcelona. App said drivers 1 min away but then 10 min when tried to book. After 12 min driver canceled and a new one assigned another 10 min away. Not a reliable app. Absolutely not recommended.
Doesnt work in Madrid

It simply just does not work in Madrid. It will have you waiting for 15 minutes when you call a cab. Terrible. Would give zero stars if I could

Sadly I would not recommend this app as the driver canceled the trip but still got charge for it!

I had success using this app one time. After that, every single time either no drivers would pick us up or drivers would cancel. This made getting arou f difficult, given that no Uber or Lift is available and I don’t speak Italian.
