I called a pre-book car for my trip to the airport in Bordeaux an hour in advance. Despite telling me “Ride confirmed”, it wasn’t until the last second of the pickup window that the app let me know “no driver accepted” - literally an hour after I’d booked and it told me it was confirmed. Almost made me miss my flight. Horrible app.

We use the app in Naples and in Rome in 2019. We were pleased with this service, but I always sat in the front with Google maps open to verify the driver was on a good route. I always made sure the drive started the meter once we got in, and before the driver started it it was at zero. Remember, the Italian philosophy is that if you allow yourself to be ripped off, it’s your own fault. One you understand this you will have a better experience. We plan on returning to Rome in October and will use the service again. One note. If you are planning to go to an airport in the middle of the night, do a Google search for good rated shuttle services. Pay the extra bucks!

Consistently more expensive than a regular cab in Barcelona. And some questionable things going on with switching cars. Really no point in using it.

I set my pick up time at 9:50am, as I had to be somewhere down the road by ten but had a ton of luggage with me. Scheduled that the night before, and all was good. The next morning came and there I was waiting on the side of the street with all my bags. Ten minutes goes by and then fifteen and still nothing. I then tried to cancel that scheduled ride and get another taxi using the app, which then took around 8 minutes to tell me all the vehicles were too busy and none were available. I ended up using another, much more efficient app that arrived EARLIER than it told me. Seriously, don’t waste your time with this. I ignored the bad reviews but here I am writing one
Charged cancellation fee for nothing

The driver wasn’t moving at all for several minutes. I cancelled it and got charged a cancellation fee. Very customer unfriendly. ?

I used this quite a bit while in Madrid and Barcelona this past couple of weeks. If you're reading the recent slate of 1-star reviews and feeling anxious like I was, know that you can trust this app, and seemingly most of the drivers within it. We didn’t get ripped off, forgotten about, or have any issues. Our drivers were prompt to us, prompt to drop us off, and either beat or matched the estimates provided by this app. All in all, I was extremely thankful to have this app. Would definitely recommend.
Always canceling on me

This is by far one of the worst taxi apps / services I’ve ever used. Constantly stranded is the way I would describe it. Drivers just cancel on me. I’ve tried it for a week, and very early does it “just work”. My last request (from where i had plenty of time to write this) is from a hotel at LHR, in which the drivers would call, find out I’m on the other side of the airport, and just cancel on me because they “can’t get to me”. Really? It’s an 8 minute drive… according to the app. Absolute trash, either the app or the drivers.
