Terrible

cawwaw

Horrendous service, would be nice to have something like Uber instead of waiting 55mins to realize the taxi driver decides to cancel the request

Great app. Truly great. I just wish I could pay from my watch...

Pre order

Gnilreib

I received a retention email testing a pre order feature that doesn’t exist in the app. Actually a bit disappointing

I was cheated and verbally abused by driver STAY AWAY

TravelsMDM

The app stated that the ride would be 12 euros. When we got out of the car the driver said it would be 30 euros! No luggage, no wait time. He was verbally abusive and tried to grab my phone to push the pay button. I should have reported him to the police. I called customer service and they refused to refund the difference in price. I explained the abusive behavior towards the 3 women in the car and she stated, “Sorry for the inconvenience “

Better than Uber for Munich

Better than Uber for Munich

App Needs Work

Switching to Uber2

App doesn’t allow you to change location during your ride, so you’re screwed if you have to change the destination. Secondly, none of the drivers ever read the pick up location especially at the airport where it clearly let’s you drop a pin where you want to be picked up. I could set the pickup location to Terminal 1, Arrival C and drivers 80% of the time don’t even read this.
