The coupons which are shown on the map doesn't work the first time you using it.. they attract user by coupon and when u make account and apply coupon it says expired.. stay away

Drivers accept the ride and then never show up, driving another direction and ignoring your call, which makes you cancel. You then try to order again and the ride is 5 times for expensive. Something is wrong.

Been using the app for four years. Taxis used to reliably arrive with pre book, was quick and dependable. Now pre books are often not accepted, and rides frequently cancelled, so that I have no idea if my 5am ride will actually come or not. On top of this they now charge almost 1 euro fee every time you use the app. This app has gone from being good to being completely worthless. In other countries I’ll be using Uber, in Germany I’ll be using the telephone to call the taxi, just like our grandparents did, which is more reliable and cheaper.

I was comparing prices for my ride among three apps. I was pleasantly surprised by the lower predicted prices on this app, so I ordered a taxi. The expected price range was 34 - 52€. It immediately reserved 52€ from my bank account. After waiting for a long time because driver after driver canceled on me, I was picked up. The ride was smooth, and the driver was nice. However, the taxi meter was on. At the end of the ride, I was charge 74,5 € according to the taxi meter. The driver was surprised when I told him what the price the app promised me was. I paid it through the app, but I will never use Free Now again.

I was charged twice and Free Now refused to fix it

A taxi driver in Rome insisted I had not paid via the App and forced me to pay via credit card. When I realized I had indeed paid twice, I submitted a copy of the receipt to Free Now and they refused a refund and were completely unhelpful.

Haven’t used app in a while and can’t remember my password. App says I have to login first to reset my password?? I can’t login! Will not send an email to reset password. Also suggests I create a new account but then remembers my email and tells me to login?!? Useless

Unreliable availability

In Oxford, the buses are more reliable.... need I say more. Scheduled a pick up well in advance (day before) and drivers were unavailable. I don't understand, is this service only for like extra taxis without any calls? Missed my train. Will have to schedule a traditional cab in the future. The time before this I scheduled a pick up and the guy came 30 minutes early. I was not ready. Additionally, the "Contact driver" feature doesn't work on mine, which is critical for me to use because I have a dog and need to confirm it's OK in advance ?

Pre-Booking means nothing on this app

Had a flight and was left in the dust. I prebooked a trip, was confirmed and nobody showed up. There was nowhere to notify, nowhere to call and I would’ve absolutely missed my flight. Luckily I still had Uber on my phone and someone came in 5 minutes. Extremely disappointed with this app.
