I don’t like how it said my last name was invalid because of the character Juárez, last name do have accents on them and it is a normal thing.
Difficult to navigate

You can see the digital deals in the store; people rarely notice that is only THAT price if you have a smartphone and the app, and an account and have to then find the digital coupon on the app— and sometimes I can’t even find it. It’s infuriating! AND that the elderly that wouldn’t have a smartphone or know how to do all this— can’t even get the special deals. I should be able to scan the QR code on the advertisement in the store, and it SHOULD automatically clip the coupon for the user. Nope- you STILL have to “find” it. Sometimes even searching for the product doesn’t give you the product you’re looking for. This is the most frustrating shopping app ever. Way too complicated…. They literally should hand out pamphlets on “how to use the Fred Meyer app” in the store. Or even as a mailer. And- SOMETIMES THE APP DOESN’T EVEN WORK IN THE STORE! I used to have to see a digital deal, and walk waaay out into the parking lot to even get the app to open. How frustrating

Not user intuitive. I can’t find the digital deal coupon I want to match with the sign for the product I’m looking at in the store. Very messy app and process.

Usually I really enjoy using the Fred Meyer app, however lately I have noticed that when I try to load coupons on to my card i am greeted with the message that they cannot be saved and to try again later, this has happened every time I have used the app within the past week. It is a really annoying bug that you guys really need to fix

i ordered a pretty small order to get delivered to my house. it took 2 hours to get here just for them to forget half of the order
