The only thing I think needs improvement is a place to put comments when I place my order. I would like to tell the shop or a little more detail sometimes. The other thing that would be helpful is a way to make a correction if an item is incorrect, like Costco has on their online ordering.

Having to create an account and sign in just to search to see if Fred Meyer carries what you’re looking for is asinine. I deleted the AP and I’ll just use Walmart or Target aps if I’m looking for something specific. Terrible decision

Updates are great easier than ever for ordering on my Phone, except couldn’t find the no substitution selection on the phone version

I used to love this app, it made my shopping trips more efficient. Now I hate it. I cannot delete items from my list. I removed them go to another page and return to the list and they are back. So frustrating. I tried deleting, checking them as done and deleting the app. Still there. Frustrating. Maybe Fred Meyer should read these reviews and fix their app.

While I really like the concept and am probably going to enjoy the convenience of pickup even more, it took way too long to generate an order. It timed out or said to come back later, I missed the pickup window I want and have to delay pickup for a day now, issues with passwords and issues with the mobile app. I decided I’d complete the order online instead of the app but my order online only had 23 items in it and I had updated to 63 items and made multiple changes. The app and the online carts should match once a simple refresh has taken place. Very frustrating overall but I’ve heard good things from friends so I persevered. I’m hopeful everything goes well with pick up as well as accuracy of the order.

It would be very helpful if you could add items to the Clicklist cart from the coupons instead of having to go back and forth, trying to remember what you want to add. Overall, using the app on my iPad is a slow process. (Web app on my computer works much better.)

This is the best service ever! Keep up the good work! I’m definitely hooked on this online grocery shopping! It’s fantastic and the service from the employees had been exceptional!!

Features I use seem to work fine now on my iPad and iPhone 8 using last software update and fix by developers.

I love love love my click list. And this last update was awful. It’s harder to navigate. I don’t like that I no longer have the 3 different categories to browse through. I really LOOOVED the “sale items” and “my last order” categories and those are gone now. I also don’t like how every time I have made an order there are a few items it instantly says is not available bc I changed stores which I didn’t do. I know for a fact bc I have bought a certain item at my store all the time and now it won’t let me place that on my clicklist. Other then the new update I will say this app has been wonderful! And I do really LOVE the coupons I can find on the app. But I would like to see my recent purchase and sale items back for me to scroll through.
