I started using this service with the pandemic. Now I just prefer to shop this way. It saves me so much time. I can pick up on my way home from work. So appreciated.
App easy to navigate

This app was easy to navigate. The only thing I would change would be having to go in and out of each department for products. Also Ads do not come up on my app. I have to go to website to view them. I have contacted customer service and they said everything looks fine on their end and not sure why ad is not showing up.

Every since last update myI have to sign in all over again the app only saves it for a couple of weeks super annoying. Other then that I really like having it .

Fred Meyer pick up is the best! As a momX3 and business owner and a husband! the last place I want to be is at the store! Shopping online at Fred Meyer for groceries (and candles!) is nice and I also enjoy all the deals’! Pick up is very convenient I save time out of my day to have the lovely workers at Freddie’s do the shopping for me!

I find the UI daunting to navigate and more frustrating to use than helpful. Simplify the damned thing and it might be useful.

After months and months of using the app with Kroger pay, I opened the app to discover I needed to sign in. I can find my account but the app makes me sign back in to choose a store and that’s where things go wrong.

I am not one that enjoys shopping. With this new pickup my groceries from you is at the top of my all time happy moments. You have made me a very happy old lady. Thank you so very much......you all are going above and beyond. I'm so thankful for this very special service.
Needs improvement

loses cart data, bad search (size? Unit price?) and makes you sign in every time you use the app? For groceries? This isn’t the bank here people. Not worth the headache.
