App has bugs now for some reasons. I could only find morning pickup times for the whole week, like they don’t accept pickup orders past 1:00. I always had my pickups in the afternoon. I placed an order, tried to add an item later on and it deleted all the items in my pending order! I canceled my order, not sure what is going on but it’s definitely not reliable!

I’ve had missing items on my last two orders. Today’s order was minus two Butternut Squash. An important item for the chili i was going to make.
App freezes

The app freezes while using it. It used to be a good app. With all the updates, I hoped that this issue would go away. Unfortunately it’s still there ?. I end up just using the browser for my shopping needs. I’ll go back to using it when the issue is resolved. I tried uninstalling, dining out, and the issue persists.

Replacement orders work 39% of the time Shoppers doing delivery get 80% of items right and replace what they can’t find with literally random stuff. Some skus are mislabeled - you think you’re buying one thing but they bring chocolate covered coffee beans instead ...
Counterintuitive and cumbersome

The app is counterintuitive. Instead of being able to select delivery or pickup for all items you add in the cart before you start, you have to individually select pick up or delivery for each individual item. Why? That just causes a lot of confusion and frustration.
Easiest app to navigate!

Easiest and most convenient grocery store app to navigate. Super easy to see all the coupons and sales. You use the search box for specific items or use recently purchased suggestions. Our family love this app!
New update makes app slow

Lags when scrolling through coupons. Also lags when using search bar. I’m on an IPhone X shouldn’t be having issues.

Over the past few months, I have been overwhelming delighted with the Fred Meyer app and including the efficiency of the pick-up staff that load my car. Great service! Great Prices!
