Too many glitches

I don’t like the fact that if i’m searching for a product and i enter more than three word in the search bar it doesn’t work it seems to confuse the computer. Also every time I open the app I have to sign back into my account it should just remember me. I love shopping at Fred Meyer but I hate the app there’s too many glitches.

Delivery and pick up times

I wish you could see the available pick up and delivery times while you are building your order or even before hand so that if you only needed a few things tonight you could place an order and then take care of the rest at a different time.

App is broke

I’ve used this app and I’ve liked it even with its limitations. But this latest update is bad. It didn’t recognize my log in. Went thru the forgot password route several times and it still failed. Eventually I got in. I started making my list for in store shopping. I wanted to see what I had, went to cart and it says can’t checkout online. But I don’t want to checkout, I just want to see what is on my cart. So I go back to my list, the one where I’ve added a bunch of items and I get the message that nothing is saved and do I want to start shopping. Argh! There is nothing that I can find to save the list. Previously my items were automatically saved. There are other issues with this app too. Before I could use my list on my phone to shop the store. Now I can’t. This app is now worthless.

Not a good experience

Almost half of my cart was missing. Apparently out of stock. When the app asked what item was missing, it listed about four or five items with boxes to check. The app should know almost half my cart was missing but no where to indicate that. Also no opportunity to describe that. When I order from Amazon, the items that were indicated as available when my order is placed are delivered. No surprises.

Coupons don’t show up

Supposedly you can scan and download coupons to your loyalty card but doesn’t work most of the time. Difficult to find coupons on the app.

Could not modify order

I ordered an online pick up order to be picked up 2 days from placing order. I tried to modify order (add several items), for 1day after. Online app would not let me. Called the store and I got nothing but excuses. What a frustrating process. I finally figured it out. Don’t know if I will be doing this again.

Due to very long lines in store, I have gone back to using this service and it is wonderful! The employees that load your order are prompt, polite, and courteous. It is such a time saver!
