Ok app

Good names were taken.

The app is ok. I do find it challenging when i just want to create a list for in the store, the pickup and grocery list functions are hard to keep separate especially on a phone.

I wish the people working on this app would quit “updating” this app only because I feel like every time it updates it’s actually a downgrade, so incredibly frustrating. The search features don’t want to work anymore after latest update, precious update kept signing us out of app. This is becoming more of a hassle than it needs to be.

Now I understand why my phone doesn’t work in your store. Well I can still use my desktop and so what if it takes an employee time and effort to get me your advertised discounts. IMO not very cost effective for you.

This is such a convenient way to shop when you don’t feel well. Plus you don’t expose anyone to you germs!

App is very glitchy

App signs me out and freezes constantly. The store does not update its inventory appropriately either. It always excludes things like Zevia soda, from pick up, which is odd, especially when I go inside the store and there is a plethora of it stocked. Annoying since they always say that ‘accommodations’ are in place for people to shop remotely, but that’s actually entirely false lol. You really HAVE to go inside if you want to get what you want to get!!

I can no longer click on an item to find where it is in store… I don’t know if it’s just me being dumb or if it’s not there because this has happened before. I depend on this app as someone who doesn’t work in grocery doing go backs rarely. Please fix this so I can do my job better lol

App Never Works

I wish I could give the app a better score, but I can’t! I’ve had it on my phone for over a year and once every few months I’ll forget that it doesn’t work, try pulling up an item search… and then it hits me… oh yeah, I can’t. The item/product search doesn’t work, the weekly ad doesn’t work, the entire “shop” section doesn’t work, etc. When I check for updates in the App Store, I see them here! It looks like all is working fine and everyone is getting a weekly update, but nothing for me. Really annoying. I end up shopping at Target because of this. They have a great app.
