Have been using Freddie’s pickup since they started it!! Love it. They have gotten all the ‘ kinks “ out of the process.

Unhappy times 10
It is not use friendly. I tried to add to my order in five minutes from placing it. I couldn't find how to order for pickup it kept making a list. I just don't think it's easy to do.

It just took me about 10 tries to place a delivery order. Every time I tried to add my card to pay for the order it would ask me to sign in to view my cart then have me start the whole process over again. The few times I was able to add the card, when I pressed submit it would give me an error and tell me not to worry because my items had been saved in my cart. That’s great, but what would be greater would be to not have to start over with process all over again.
Two emails

There were two emails connected to my name. I called customer service who did not understand anything I was saying or could help direct me to fix it. Adding to insult and after asking several times if I could speak with another representative he couldn’t do that. Also during conversation I find it is a call service from another country when there are clearly people out of work in America. Disappointed
No substitution function

I use another grocer’s system for deliveries and am able to select my substitutions which saves a lot of time. Having to type each substitution into your system is tedious and imperfect.

Not easy to use on ipad pro. Have to resort to laptop to navigate smoothly. Has a tendency to erase shopping list before using in store.

Way to confusing to order , when you fill out your order I click on Pickup at Burlington and I click on Pickup nothing happens Why doesn’t it let you continue on pickup time and confirm your order..No you have to back space and ???????

The app has a clean and simple interface. They provide exceptional communication about your online order. Photos, and description of the items are easy to read. Referencing your older orders and items helps shop a little quicker!
