Fred’s app has bugs now

It switches from list to cart on its own making it hard to place a pick up order. This is a new bug. It works great unless this happens and breaks the app. There’s no way to bypass or disable the list feature that I’ve found. It used to be a great app, but now it’s only usable when it’s not glitchy. Sometimes it works without any issues but when it starts glitching you can’t make it work. During the pandemic this is a frustrating bug because it forces you to go into the store if you can’t process a pickup order.

I like shopping from the app but they should add an option for Snap Food Assistance payments like Walmart has.

I am so satisfied with this service that I am not sure I will ever go back to going in to the stores again! It leaves me more time to socialize in ways I prefer and keeps me and others safer and healthier during these pandemic times. A million times, thank you ?

The UI, graphic design, familiarity with other AAA apps: Really solid foothold in this market Functionality, bugginess/glitchiness, depth & detail: Currently nearing 3 stars, but not far from 5 - as expected, though. Integration of other product review apps within the rating system would be better than not having any reviews at all. Same applies to Q&A mechanics. Even integrating Fred Meyer’s other conglomerate brands into this section would provide actual depth to the app. Filters could use some work too. I’d like to start back where I left off when selecting/changing a new filter. I’d like to sort by price and weight. Cost per Oz/Lb data would be nice too. Besides that, occasional app crashes/slowdowns while shopping...could be newest version of iOS though
Unable to change pickup time!

I’m sure there’s a way, but I couldn’t change my pickup time! Very frustrating! It put the time available in , which was today between 2-3pm. I wanted and can only pick up between 3-4 pm! So now I have to call! Grrrrrrrr. Every time you change this app it’s frustrating!
Some glitches, but serviceable

This app could use some attention. Searches often return no results but work when submitted again. Also I don’t understand why items are listed that are unavailable. Glad to have the service though, considering the current situation.
