I never write bad reviews on apps. I am so disappointed in this app. It will not open after several updates. At this point I have given up. The app is a dud!!! I had to give some kind of star to post this...trust me it should have zero stars.

I tried several times to use the app today and it wouldn’t work. It would open then disappear. My app is up-to-date so I have no idea what the problem is. There was an update last week but that obviously didn’t help. Sad day bc I love the actual product just the technology is a little off.

The app crashes before it even opens all they way. Completely useless. Wish I could leave zero stars!

It’s nice that the app now allow timing adjustment. It would be better if we can add another pulse for another area like neck. Because when I need to use for my neck, I have to turn on my Foreo Luna 3 again. Would be better it I could do 60 sec + extra 20 sec in one routine.

I love the devices. I have the purple face cleanser. And the got the UFO when it was a kickstarter, so I am an OG fan of Foreo. But this app, SMH, is bad. I feel like I got carpal tunnel just trying to connect just now, so I just gave up. I’m not a fan of giving bad reviews. I will start with my biggest pet peeve: Why do I have to scan the mask’s barcode every single time? The first time I get it, but every subsequent time? I really enjoy incorporating this into my night time routine. Let me paint a picture for you. I’m in my pajamas I’ve washed my face, flossed & brushed my teeth and set up the UFO to lay down and wind down with the neat LED treatment. But every time I have to turn the lights back on and stress over scanning a bar code. A bar code. Why?! Sometimes it doesn’t scan so I get so frustrated. I wish it was a more seamless app. I also thought it might keep track of which masks I used last, and stuff but it doesn’t. Foreo, I love you, you’ve helped my face look beautiful as I’m about to enter my 40s. I’m basically saving money, not having to get hydro facials for $100 every month, but I wish this was a better app.

App doesn’t even open anymore. I have an XS so I know it’s not my phone. Super annoying.
Apo usage is pretty terrible.

My UFO usually syncs no problem, but the Luna 3 has issue after issue. Sometimes it connects, sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes I can adjust ny routine and sometimes I can’t. I just end up scrubbing my face with my Luna while it’s off because of all the hassle with the app. I have had to delete and re-upload it 3 times.
