I used to be able to use this app, but recently it won’t even open. Developer response says to download new version, which isn’t available yet. LOL What a joke this app is.

It won’t let my register it. I don’t know if I got the proof of purchase upload wrong or what. Am I still going to be able to use it?
No longer crashes

The most recent update has finally fixed the crashing. However I don’t like being told I need to enable location (I didn’t and it still works) and I don’t think this app actually does anything. I’ve been using it for years and it always says the exact same thing about my skin. The Luna fofo is good for washing my face but I honestly don’t think this app is necessary at all.

Bought the product, might just return it because the app physically wouldn’t let me create an account. It kept saying “ something went wrong, try again” I tried like 6 times. Pointless
New app doesn’t work

A year or so ago this app worked fine. Now it shuts down before it even starts or just freezes up. It literally won’t do anything.

Haven’t used the app for a while, none of my device is displayed in home page. then when I tried to connect to mini 3, it did connect and register correctly. However, it lost the connection and I had to restart the app and reconnect, then it told me this device has been registered with an account, which is my email address that Iogged in with.... I tried to connect to a UFO which I had used with app before, same error... Contacted the customer support and was told to delete the app and reinstall, which still didn’t fix the problem... and the representative told me to wait for next app update and left the chat... I hadn’t have time to ask more questions... now I just have a useless new device because it requires activation from a phone app that doesn’t work. So disappointed.

Horrible update! Won’t even let me open the app on my updated Apple XS now. It just force closes every time I try to open it. Horrible app, at least before the update I could at least use the app!

I tried from either the version from US store or China store, I could use in the old version, but ever since it upgraded to the current one, it cannot find the device any more! No available customer service either, really really bad experience!
