This app takes forever to connect to the device. It’s unreliable and unpredictable. I’m only giving it an extra star because it always eventually works depending on how much time I have. FOREO is not known for their masks, they’re known for their devices. They’re hardly the best masks/serums on the market, yet you’re restricted to use only FOREO products. The fact that I have to scan a barcode to activate the design is an unnecessary step. This whole app and device is a complete sham and it’s not as amazing and innovative and complex as they make it out to be. It’s a disk that warms and vibrates with LED lights and a poorly designed app.
App crashing.

Hey look at that! A brand new update that promises to resolve glitches. I was hoping that this new update would resolve the crash issue the app has while opening. Nope! You open the app, the screen loads for about two seconds, goes black for 5-10 seconds, and then completely closes out and goes back to my home screen. This app is a waste of space on my phone.
App Crashes and I cant use my UFO

I’m a huge fan of the UFO but since the update two weeks ago the app won’t open. It keeps crashing and now I can’t use the UFO. I guess I won’t be buying more products until that’s fixed.

I used to love connecting the app to my foreo to check my skin scores and get the cleaning routine updated periodically. NOW, I can’t even get the app to open...it immediately closes about 3 seconds after it tries to open. Disappointed
App hasn’t opened in months

I’ve been trying and trying to open the app and it opens for a half a second and then closes immediately. There have been numerous updates and still....will not open.
