False advertising

This is false advertising- the app does not support the skin age analysis. I bought the device for this purpose. Beyond disappointed- the app is useless

The app is great. . . When it works. Half the time I try to sign in the screen turns completely black after putting in my Apple ID. Device is useless without the app. So disappointing.
Seems to be fine.

When this launched there were clearly many problems with the app. This is among the most advanced skincare devices on the market, and probably could have used another few months in beta mode. But, rest assured these problems seem fixed and it is a lovely device. Only irritation is that you have to use the massage function with the app (I.e. not in shower) but that isn’t a problem with the app.

The app is horrible and I’m not exaggerating. It’s slow to the point where I thought I needed to troubleshoot my phone connectivity. I should have known when even downloading the app was a pain. So you can’t avoid using this app if you want to register your device, but outside of that I wouldn’t recommend it. EDIT TO RESPOND TO DEVELOPER: Unbelievable that you would respond that my WiFi needs to be stronger. Fun fact, due to my job, I actually have exceptionally strong WiFi in my home. I downloaded the app 2 days ago. Are you saying you did a full update in the past two days that addressed the bugginess, slowness, and broken pathways? Nice placing blame on your customer instead of going back to the drawing board. All of these reviews can’t be wrong, Nick.

I’m debating returning the Luna mini 3 just because it should not be this hard to connect a device. I don’t know if it’s the capability of the device or the app specifically but the two together don’t make a great pair. As a first time user this is beyond frustrating

Edit: was told to delete and redownload app but it didn’t fix anything at all ? really frustrating considering this is an expensive The app was already buggy all the time along with my bear mini itself, but now the vibrate/massage feature is gone from the app and I cant adjust the levels anymore???

Had to use two phones one with the app and one with good translate and a Russian keyboard just to navigate. Worthless to buy the product for the skin scanning or anything because I don’t speak Russian and there isn’t a setting to change the language. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling to see if I missed the language set up.

Told me I successfully logged in and then no way to get off the log in page. Nothing to see here folks. Guess I’ll just find another use for this vibrating thing.
