App won’t stay open

I went to use the app, I have the latest IPhone, and it won’t stay open. I see the first screen and then I get “kicked out”.

Every time I try to open the app, it crashes! The app worked better back when the ufo came out on Kickstarter.

I have the latest update and I update my app every time one is released and it keeps crashing as soon as I open the app. This is ridiculous and has been going on for the last 3-4 updates

Updated...a week or two after writing this review I received an email apologizing for the app and that it had been fixed. Tried to open the app and it still crashes. I just want it to work correctly so I can get my money’s worth out of the actual product. I’m sure this would be amazing to use if the app didn’t crash every time I’ve tried to open it.

A year later and the app is unusable. Whenever I open the app it crashes immediately. Disappointing I can’t totally use my Fofo as advertised anymore.

This is an update from my previous one star review. Turns out that the app works perfectly if you uninstall it and then reinstall it and sign back in.
Still cannot get my fofo connected

The new update still does not get my fofo connected it shows up the same “ oops something went wrong try again” I reinstalled the app and restarted my phone and still isn’t working
