App continues to crash

Love using my FOREO but unable to use the app. It continues to crash every time you open it.
If you’re going to have an app necessary to use your product, make it work!!!

My app hasn’t been working for like a month now. It says “something went wrong try again” when I try to log in. Pretty annoying when that’s the only way to use your product and it doesn’t work. I am using the most updated version I checked.

The app does allow my Luna FoFo to connect, I did the beauty quiz, and it can read the moisture levels and customize my cleansing routine. But that is it! I was under the impression that I would be able to get tips on my skin type, hydration levels, etc. I don’t see how this is a beauty coach... maybe my app is broke or something
App crashed I can my ufo become a trash

For Foreo’s UFO, you have to connect with the app and take a picture of the mask box in order to start the UFO. If the app doesn’t work, the device is a piece of trash. This app keeps crashing and crashing. I spent more than $100 and $$for the mask, and now all turns to junk!

I bought foreo luna3 couple days ago and I did all the registration and I tried to use it via app and I still can’t use it since I have got it. It’s not vibrating and I have been trying till now. I charged my foreo and tried everything. I changed the intensity levels to 13 but nothing happens. It still freezes at level 8 and not vibrating or anything. I’m so upset that I highly hope that this device would make my skin better. Don’t buy it. It’s a waste of money.
Crashes upon opening

I haven’t used the app in a while, but it was just updated weeks ago. The latest release notes say that it fixed bugs, however the app opens and crashes immediately. I can see that it’s open but have to force quit every time. Very disappointed, as I love the FOREO Luna Fofo device but this app is crap. :(
