I have a FOREO ufo and a Luna 3. I love the devices but I am no longer able to use the app to scan the masks or change vibration settings. I have tried everything from reinstalling the app to contacting customer service. None of which helped. I guess I won’t be purchasing anymore masks for the UFO.

I wasn’t too keen on having to download an app to use my Bear, but am even more annoyed now. You’d think a required app for a $300 device would work, but first it wouldn’t find the device, then I tried later and I was able to pair it but the treatment didn’t work. I kept starting it and it would just sit there, not doing anything, the only option was to stop it. Opened and closed the app, same deal. By the time I finally got it to work the serum had completely dried on my face causing the device to drag as I pulled across my skin, not at all a great user experience for my first time attempting it. I suppose I also expected more treatments if I have to download an app just to use it. There’s just one 2 minute treatment. I may end up returning the Bear and going for a Nuface after all. Having the ability to use the device linked to any app, let alone an app that doesn’t work properly, is feeling more and more like a deal breaker

In the old app when I clicked Start, the UFO would start. In the new app I selected my mask, clicked download(?). Got confused because nothing happened. Tried again and clicked Start. Nothing happened with the UFO. After trying a couple of times I gave up and just let the app play and started the UFO manually. It seemed to be doing the selected treatment, but a few seconds behind the app. I have no clue if this thing is synched or working together anymore. I’ll try with a different mask, but maybe the app functions differently now.

This was the update I was waiting for. I have the mini bear. Now I can just start the massage and treat the areas I want for as long as I want. Thank you!

Hello, After updating the app. I can’t see how much battery left in my UFO. Usually it’s shown on the top right but now it’s gone.

What happened to the battery bar in the app? Now i don't know when to charge my foreo unless it all the sudden died?

I do not have enough words to describe how much I completely hate this app. I’m so fed up… I’m writing this from my shower while I’m in it. This is my second one and I wish I kept my old one. Why does this need a goddamn app? I’m using this in the shower. Why do I need an app for something I use to wash my face in a place you’re not supposed to typically have your phone? The new one dies so frequently… it truly is an inconvenience. I can maybe get three uses before I have to charge… probably due to the useless app. The old generation would make it a week plus. The app half the time doesn’t show the 4 fifteen second screen so I can’t actually adjust anything or actually use the app. Again… this is a complete useless app. And finally… the app logs me out minimum 1x a month. So mid shower, when I get informed I have to spend time resetting my password that I never remember. Then you must force close the app so the updated password will read or you have to reset again. I’ve never been so incredibly frustrated with a product. It’s so hard because this is my second one. I obviously believe in this product… but, the hassle is truly not worth it almost. Really close to tossing this and trying another brand.

This is the dumbest investment. Please save your money. Should be no reason you should have to use an app in order to wash your face. No reason the app should be such a hassle. No reason for the workers to act brain dead. If there are good reviews for this it’s from ppl who received free product or a worker from the company. Save your bread.

I received the FOREO Mini 3 for free and was advised to download the app. The app was easy to setup and it recognized the Mini. I can use the mini just fine without the app. The app complicate the routine by disconnecting or rushing through the routine by the second. No matter what I did to get them to work together, it was just a bad experience.
