UFO FOREO stopped working

I purchased Ufo Foreo online with Foreo paired with app and worked fine. Then I bought a second one at Marshall, paired and worked well for two weeks. The first UFO stopped warming/cooling effect and also sometimes would not turn off. So I remove the second UFO FOREO FROM APP to see if issue got fixed, to my surprise, not only did not help, know the second UFO purchase at Marshall won’t turn on. Very frustrating. From having two units, know si don’t have any. Could someone explain if this is an app issue or faulty unit?

Absolutely no reason to force you to download and register on an app to use a face brush. They literally just want your data and email so they can spam you. This was a gift, but if I had purchased myself I would return it immediately. Seriously Foreo, no one asked for this.

got this on a black friday sale. app requires an email address for account creation. you are then regular spammed their newsletter with a broken unsubscribe link. when you click the link you still get more unsolicited Foreo newsletter spam. there is no option in the app or website to: 1. change communication prefs 2. unsubscribe from Foreo newsletters 3. delete account reading their privacy policy says you have the right to delete your account but there is no explanation on how to do that nor properly unsubscribe from their spam emails or change communication preferences. the first two points above makes me want to delete my account altogether. the whole scenario is absurd. you can use the Foreo products without all this unnecesary digital excess. many will regret trying it out for this reason.

Useless app just to steal your data!

There should be no reason you need to create an account or upload a proof of purchase to use this device. It just worsen the experience with annoying steps and does not improve the product purpose. This should be optional not mandatory. Returning this product all together.

Terrible app and terrible product

I never write reviews but I feel the need to warn others. So I need this app to wash my face? Really? I need my phone near my bathroom Sink? It took me some time and to figure out that this app is 100% necessary in order to turn ON the product. App is unnecessarily complicated. It requires a serial code that is apparently on the product packaging. Well, I threw that out as most people do, thinking how hard can it be to use this facial Cleansing brush? No where on the packaging did it say “keep this number” or, “Do noT throw this out”. Ugh, I’m so angry. I can’t turn on the brush without the serial number and there is no other workaround with this app. I’m totally out $150. I will never purchase from this company again.

An app to wash your face? Apparently you must have the app and be connected by Bluetooth for your Luna to work. The problem is the app is designed horribly. The instructions are abysmal. The app constantly loses connectivity to the device - thereby rendering your device useless. You can’t even update your preferred settings. Warning - do not buy this device or download this app. So stupid! Who wants their phone with them while washing their face? There should be a manual way to use without an app - no less an app that doesn’t work or connect.

I followed Foreo’s “troubleshooting” guide to avoid downloading this app because… I just want to wash my face why am I required to have an app just to turn it on? Well the troubleshooting failed, obviously so I was forced to download this and register my device just so I could turn it on… I paid over $150 for this thing, I should be able to simply turn it on and go, being held hostage by Foreo to download their app and provide my information when I paid THAT much money is absolute trash

for such an expensive product, it feels like they really were trying to save money on this. i bought 3 devices already and yet i’m subjected to ads every time i open the app. this is an app for paying customers. non-skippable commercial loading screens feel very tacky and cheap and desperate. i’m now determined to never buy from them again because it’s so off-putting. the ufo sessions don’t stay on in the background, especially if you want to repeat treatment. after the first 2 times, i really don’t need the (extremely crude) tutorial anymore, i’d rather go to youtube. for the bear, i wish we could adjust the intensity any time, not be forced to restart the whole program every time. the time also is miscalculated, which foreo would know if they watched even just 1 review of the bear on youtube. there’s free feedback out there, easily fixable software things that would greatly enhance the experience. but no, they would rather insert ad photos every time you use the app in order to operate the device you paid for. a turn-off not related to the product or service is that they proudly put pictures of Chrissy Teigen all over the app. Most companies distanced themselves from her after it came to light she told an underage girl to k!ll herself on multiple occasions, publicly, on twitter. overall quite disappointed with foreo as a whole.

App stopped working after second device

The app will no longer connect to my account even after restarting my phone and Bluetooth. Got one use out of my second device and can’t long back in. Why have such an expensive product that only works through the app and then have such poor app development?? With my first product, UFO 2, it had trouble finding my device which was disappointing for price point but I could still get it to connect eventually, but now I account won’t even connect. Very disappointing
