Since I’ve had the truck which has been a few weeks, the app to start the truck has not worked at least 10 times. Pretty disappointing. I would rather just have a key fob that works every time from closer range.

My family were GM people growing up but now that I am an adult and a professional I have enjoyed one Ford so much. I have had multiple forwards in my life, and the Ford app is just one more proof of being Ford tough! Not because the app is difficult know but because it is well thought through and very useful.

Up until the lastest app update the app always worked. Unfortunately, the remote start or lock/unlock feature does not work. I expect more from Ford.

Good app but annoying bug. I have Mach E, live in NJ with PSEG electric company and night and weekend discount plan. The app lives by Muslim calendar: it thinks the entire Friday is weekend while refusing to charge on Sunday and Sunday night. Thank you!

Notification from App

Notification setting does not allow for loud enough or long enough notification sound. Having had a theft from my vehicle which the app picked up and set a notification which is a quiet compared to what could be a true notification or ring to alert you. Other than that app is productive and easy to use.

Everything on FordPass has been great except the Maps option. The app freezes when I open it. Otherwise, good job, Ford!
