I’m not sure what the deal is but as of the last few months the reliability of the remote start is non. It fails more then it succeeds and then I can’t do it at all until I start with the key. Great feature if it worked, especially during the winter when warming up is important before driving

Since the update last week (Feb 2022), the Vehicle tab no longer displays any information. I can no longer see fuel levels etc. All I can see is the text “Updated…” at the top, and a red Remove vehicle button.

New app update prevents me from locking my truck, starting my truck and/or locating my truck. What a joke.

App reliability has been spotty, most recently SecuriAlert is no longer an option on my vehicle on the app when it was for several months. Was it removed?

I was able to start my 2016 vehicle from the phone before just once. After that, I never saw the options ever again. I am trying every video online but no luck. Also, the animations in the app and the features are such a downgrade from other companies.

Absolutely horrible. All I want to do is start my truck. Just give me remote start button on my key fob

Get this warning anytime I press the status buttons on the Vehicle tab. The page doesn’t load correctly either, it just says “updated-” at the top. This has gone on for 2 or 3 days now.

I have been using this app since May 2021 after purchasing my vehicle. I never really needed the remote starter until winter. I am able to get at least a total of 4 remote starts from the app out of the month without having to go out to the car and start car by the key ignition. Also I had deleted the app and reinstalled for the remote starter on the app to work multiple times a month.

Others tells me they can start their car with the app. I can not. I see a message that my points balance was upgraded on December 19th 2021. When I tape on points update I see a message that the Ford Pass is not responding. I have been seeing this message for at least 2 weeks. I am ready to delete the app.
