Best Remote Start App/ Lock/ Unlock

Ford pass exceeds my expectations. It’s works flawlessly, it’s beats the $400+ aftermarket systems and I’ve had em all. Thanks Ford for saving me money! it also shows you battery life, oil life and miles to E. Notifications when tire pressure is low, everything in one app.
App Started Working Again!

If you leave your keys in the truck and it goes to deep sleep mode it’s useless. Big failure.
25% remote start rate

I attempt to use this app with my 2021 F350, however most times, it ends in disappointment. The remote start feature is practically useless, as it only starts my vehicle sitting in my driveway about 25% of the time. I live in an area with full bars of both VZW and ATT service. No idea what the issue is.

I am becoming less and less a fan of this app. The start option works so infrequently and especially on those days I really need it to work. It's almost pointless even attempting to use the app anymore. Have not enjoyed my experience since leaving Chevy to go to Ford.
No notifications from app

The app does not notify you when prior to software updating. After the update, you are locked out of your vehicle until you start it manually. If you use the remote lock/unlock feature, you will find yourself locked out of your vehicle at some point.
