Remote start gone

Remote start was working fine until it stopped few months back, I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps from the internet and you tube including downloading app, updating software, resetting vehicle info. Nothing worked except I can still lock and unlock the doors. Thanks Ford!
App rates between glitchy and garbage.

Cannot get it to update vehicle location for days. Lowering stars as the days pass when the app refuses to connect to the vehicle. 3 days and counting. Sitting IN the vehicle (2020 Edge) and it will not connect. App is utter garbage. I expected more from Ford

Have to keep resetting, had to add new password! Pretty much useless app! Let ford or dealer keep records! Call and representative knows nothing! Other than they are having trouble! Look for another make, ford doesn’t have the tec ability!I have a 2020 f150, radio keeps going out, wiper spray doesn’t work in cold weather(I live in the N. E. )glove box broke(dealer blamed me) truck won’t start through app(phone) camera sensors don’t work in cold weather! Truck is ALL ALUMINUM, great on gas and ride! Terrible work truck(junk)!
Good app that can be made better

Issues with saving schedule for SecuriAlert. Would love the ability to see current door lock status. The app won’t tell me if my doors or locked or unlocked. Watch app needs more support besides starting, opening and closing doors. I would love to see charge status on watch app especially if I’m using the app for to initiate a charge and door lock status there as well. Also, would be nice for Bluetooth to run in background so the app does not need to be open for PAAK to work effectively. Mach E owner.

I am able to log on to my Ford account on PC but I have not been able to log on to the app in over two weeks.
