Room for improvement

The app is glitchy at times. Also I can’t seem to sync the driver profile via the portal and keep getting error. PAK feature works relatively well. Please do more updates and fix glitches.
Can not log in

When I try to log in, it tells me something went wrong. Deleting and redownloading the app did not fix the issue. I can log in on my computer so it is not a password issue or anything like that. Please fix
Getting worse..

A year ago this app was pretty good. I could see everything I wanted to see on one screen. Now I have to click on at least two things to see my tire pressure. Why can’t it show where my truck is, the mileage, fuel level, range, and the tire pressures on the first screen that comes up?

I’ve had a hard time getting the remote start to work through Ford Pass and even though the system has been updated and my app is up to date my remote start is still not working

Still Getting messages that puts car in deep sleep mode and been told it’s ford pass issue with apparently no fix yet ! Going on a month !

I get a continuous message: Sorry activation not successful…(paraphrasing). So can’t use the remote start, etc. Pretty disappointing. C’mon Ford!
