App doesn’t work

I’m seeing a lot of reviews on how the app doesn’t work with this new update. I just downloaded this app to connect my 2018 fusion and I can’t do anything with its features once it connects. My car just sits there as a picture that I can “nickname”

The app won’t start the car often and that is it’s most useful function. Quite frustrating
Remote features disabled notification issues

When my Ford Explorer goes into sleep mode the app sends me 7-12 “remote features disabled to preserve battery” notifications. One would be fine. A dozen is overkill!

What real function does this app offer? I need to see all my maintenance work!!!!!!
Dark mode. Please.

The interface is pretty simple, almost too simple. I dunno. Everything looks too plain with a lot of unused screen space and a bunch of sub screens. Also it needs a dark mode, that white is blinding in the morning when I’m pre-heating the truck.

Like most other reviewers, my remote start stopped working after the latest update. Does Ford look at this?

Every time try to open this app it looks like it stalls out trying to open. I have made sure I have updated my phone, the app, and I have a reliable new phone. I cannot remote start on cold days. Forget if you lock your keys in the car. Need I continue..
Not nearly as good as Onstar
don't call me surely
I wish Ford Pass worked as well as Onstar did five years ago. I could do more with Onstar back then, GUI was more intuitive.
