So excited that I can remotely start my car and lock/unlock from the app. It’s a huge life saver.
Needs more options

Needs to add an option to select run time when scheduling a start. Living in alaska, 15 min isn’t long enough. We need the option to let it warm up for 30 min. Please give us a runtime option.
Great when it works
Disappointed in VT
This is my third year using the FordPass app. When it works, that’s great. Half the time though it doesn’t work and it’s incredibly frustrating. I suggest that you don’t rely on it for automatic starts if you live in a cold climate because just when it seems like it’s being consistent and working as it should, it will stop doing what it’s expected to do and your car will be cold.

I have owned my new bronco for three weeks now and almost every other day the app doesn’t work and it will not start my car I live in Wisconsin it is -5° I want the remote start back on the key fob this is ridiculous this app does not work for remote start when I purchased the vehicle they said I would automatically have 200 points still today no points on my account sincerely Kathleen Lapen Beaver dam Wisconsin

They were supposed to fix the issues with the remote start and it still doesn’t work. What’s the point of the app if you can start your Bronco sport? Disappointed!

Push button autostart will start the vehicle, but the app says it failed to start, this just started after the updates
