Truck schedule stuck at my old schedule need to change start up time but app won't allow it. So my truck now starts a hour and a half before I go to work. Garbage at thus time and wasting gas daily on pointless start in the morning....
I was extremely inconsistent remote starts feature

I have a 2019 Ford ranger lariat and there’s no remote start on the key fob. I have to use the FordPass app to start my car in the winter. I would say it’s 50-50 whether the car starts or not. And I definitely notice a trend that the colder it is outside the less reliable the remote start is. This is very frustrating because that is the main purpose of having a remote start. I truly wish Ford would fix the bugs and get this app working consistently

App use to work just fine before the Feb 2022 update. Just a poor reflection on Ford Motor Company to accept this update.
Handy app, 1 star less for slow remote responses

Handy app for remote starting, 1 star less for having to hold the buttons for so long for start/lock features. Would prefer a double click feature like my garage door app. Love not having to go through my purse to find my fob.

Ever since I had service yesterday, the app isn’t working and tells me I am not the owner of this car. Ugh!!!
Does not realize PAAK is configured

Shows “Setup phone as a key”, configures PAAK properly, but it continues to show “Setup …”. PAAK works perfectly fine but the app doesn’t realize it is configured so the trunk, frunk, and window buttons don’t appear. 2021 Mach-E GTPE. Have tried connected and master resets, app reinstall, IOS reinstall, multiple devices. Same result.
