Not sure what went into the latest update but ever sense I updated the app my MachE’s panic alarm constantly goes off every hour.
New update makes it unworkable

Since the last update I cannot use this app. I can’t start my car, lock or unlock, or even see my cars location. Of course this would happen in the dead of winter when it’s -20 when I really rely on this to work. Hopefully there is a fix soon!

Half the time I get on it doesn’t respond or makes me put my info in all over again.

I used to be able to see where my gas was at so I remind myself if I needed to get gas that day now with the update I can’t see it at all.. I love EVERYTHING about the app just wish they kept that part

My phone as key stopped working randomly about 2 weeks ago. Even went into the dealership and the tech couldnt fix it. Its dumb that the dealership gives on key and my app doesn’t work at all. I cant turn the windows up, turn the car on. Its pretty sad to me, oh and im in Florida now so weather isn’t the issue for the most part. I understand you replied to my message I already contacted ford—help they couldn’t fix neither could the people at the actual ford facility. Just fix the app please. If doesnt even make sense i dont have a physical spare key or a key with a remote start button when its a Mustang mach e.

Near useless, and a complete frustration on every end. The app has been malfunctioning for a few weeks now and so I deleted it today (and then downloaded it again). Now it’s not letting me log in with my credentials. I keep getting an error message about my email and password not matching. Senseless

This app helps me feel like my car is safe and it’s very helpful to know if something is wrong with my car by the app telling me.
