This is THE best taxi app and may be better than Uber. I like taxis because they have fingerprint background checks and Uber doesn't. Nice app!

Been using app about 1 year. Ride arrives in less than 5 minutes. However, I venture out at non-commute, non-peak hours; once I tried during evening commute and the app did not work…. "No drivers available- try later"

Functionally works well but no response for missing receipt

I used their service before and always got a receipt. But my last trip, there was no receipt sent. I checked my spam and garbage inbox as well. I contacted them by leaving them a message through their website twice and once through their app for a receipt. But they never replied.

Address/GPS is terrible

I love riding in cabs but will be using Lyft moving forward as I have had too many experiences where the driver has supposedly ‘Arrived’ and they are in the wrong place. To add insult to injury the drivers don’t always have their phones on AND it is impossible to get help in app when you have flagged a ride.

I feel under pressure to leave reviews for the drivers. It seems to have to be done before leaving the cab. I'd like a window of maybe an hour or two for it.

This has got to be the worst app when you are in need of a taxi urgently. It defeats the entire purpose of what the app was created for. I have lost count how many times I have stood on a street corner trying to get this app to work. Most times it tells me it's still loading so I end up being frustrated and late.

Taxi drivers are the worst

Got a Flywheel taxi and the driver was incredibly impatient. Not only that, he added some bogus extra $5 fee on top of the airport extra. Made a dangerous right turn. Taxi industry can disappear for all I care. It's Lyft or Uber next time.

Unreliable pick up

They don't pick you up at a reliable stop. They will just drive by and not know that you're there and drive by. This app is alright but the Uber app makes it more appealing than this.

Professional drivers++

I'm using Flywheel instead of Uber as taxi drivers are more professional and safer. This app is easy to use. Any time I flywheel I get a driver in 5 minutes or less.

Quick rides, terrible customer service for app support

When the app works, it's seamless. And I've never waited longer than 5 minutes for a cab. But when the app doesn't work, customer service is a disaster. The company is non-responsive, the troubleshooting is so bad it's laughable, and the customer service clerks mansplain and make infantilizing suggestions. Response time major needs improvement. They need to keep track of customer information better, and not send the same form email repeatedly.
