I could find no place to click that would allow me to cancel a ride that I had made mistakenly. I am a new member and was trying to find how to work the app. I think my membership has been suspended now
I would really like to use a Taxi service, rather than Lyft or Uber. So I went to install Flywheel, and found that I had previously installed it as well. So I re-downloaded it. First of all, it mis-identified my address. Fine - that happens. So I went to search for my address, but when I hit Search, nothing happened. I then tried dragging the map in order to set the pickup location. The addresses that it resolved to were significantly offset from the map. And I couldn’t even get it to match my address - best I could do was my next door neighbor. And people wonder why the “ride-share” services are winning...
This version of the app seems to break the search by street address feature on iOS 13. While the rest of the functionality is fine, not being able to input my address makes hailing a ride so much harder. Please fix this.
The app only recognizes location and will not allow me to search by entering a place or address. It’s broken. I use Flywheel a lot and now the app won’t let me enter a place or address. Also, the app support link just gives a 404 error. The iOS app hasn’t been updated in 10 months. The Android app was updated recently. Are they at war with Apple and the users are suffering as a result? 12/10/2019 - I spoke with tech support about this problem a month ago and still no fix. 12/27/2019 - Still not fixed. 01/06/2020 - It’s fixed!
It is so frustrating to input a pick-up address from exact same drop off location only for the address search field to NEVER work. Why does that happen ?
The app is great but if you have an expired card or if it gets declined the app bugs out. Will not allow access. There should be an option to update your card. I love the app so I removed it from my phone and reinstalled to fix the issue but I’m not sure many others would do the same.
Driver arrived w/in 2 minutes with a phone pressed to his ear. In SF commute traffic (bikes, scooters, pedestrians, tech company buses), driver was on 4 calls using his free arm in the 25 minute ride to the train station. He initiated 3 calls and was on phone when we exited cab. Is this acceptable practice? Please advise. Thank you, in advance, for your attention to this matter.
The app is great and FlyWheel/De Soto drivers are friendly but the service has been unreliable for the past month or so. Seems like they have fewer drivers than before.
I want to know what my ride is going to cost before I ask for the ride.
