Functionally works well but no response for missing receipt – Flywheel - The Taxi App Review

I used their service before and always got a receipt. But my last trip, there was no receipt sent. I checked my spam and garbage inbox as well. I contacted them by leaving them a message through their website twice and once through their app for a receipt. But they never replied.
