I do not like Uber or Lyft or their lack of regulations so I am biased. Thanks to this app, I never have any reason to use those. One bonus is that Yellow Cabs have their own app so you avoid many of those cars with this app. It supports smaller and more friendly / not terrible companies.
Huge improvement for cab users

I'm so happy to see Flywheel in use in SF. Some companies even have it linked with their traditional phone-based dispatching system. Very convenient and improving all the time.
Bad app, worst drivers

Probably the worst cab drivers in SF uses this app. I would stick to the alternatives ....
