The scan part of the app will not scan I just get a black screen. No it’s not my phone as I can scan in all other apps. Very disappointing would like to check in at my local stores
Broken

The app has been broken for months! I used to use the app for rewards at a local restaurant, Farm to Ladle. The restaurant employees are aware that it is broken too but still there is no effort to fix it. The flok icon just bounces on a blank screen. Occurs on iPhone 8 on iOS 11 & iPhone XS on iOS 12.

I find this app very hard to use and it’s not clear when I have a reward. Says I’m “gold” but I’m not receiving discounts for silver level I should have. Last time I tried to check in at the only place I use this app, I had been booted from that store’s “club” and it wouldn’t let me re-join or check in. Worst. Rewards. App. Ever.

I have used this app for close to 2 years now and it has been pretty good up until the last 4 months or so. Our rewards are wiped when we go to redeem and it’s SUPER frustrating. One particular place we use this app for has a lunch card loyalty program.. after 9-10 20’s purchases you get $20 off and TWICE now it has wiped our $20 reward. The first time it happened I thought it was the restaurants fault but after talking to them and it happening again I see it is an app glitch. Extremely upsetting!!!

No way to log out of app

It would really be nice to be able to log out of the application if you use the wrong account. Spent 15 minutes searching for a simple standard logout option.
