The Club Car is, by far, the best restaurant in the Des Moines area if you're looking for consistently great food served by experienced and friendly servers -- and who isn't? But when flok joins the picture... things get messy. I had a free appetizer that expired 4/3. On 4/2 I got a message that said they missed me and to come in "this week" to redeem my reward and get an extra punch. I learned that an "extra punch" is really one punch because I redeemed a reward. No rewards are given when you redeem a freebie. Also, even though they did honor the free appetizer, after reading the message on my phone by 3 different people, it really did expire on 4/3. Flok needs to work on the wording of their messages they send on behalf of their clients!

Logging in & punching works fine for me, but redeeming my rewards has proven to be challenging. Fortunately, I have develop a good relationship with one of the artists, so I am able to just email her & get my promo code.
