This company is such a scam! I tried them last year for my business and it's horrible. They will give you the run around unless you continue to upgrade with them. Canceled it last summer and they just charged my credit card another years subscription without my consent and are refusing to refund my $228! They are stating they "don't have a record of me canceling" "the support email server was down" and every other excuse you can think of, it's unbelievable. Reported them as fraudulent transaction to capital one. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I loved this app in the beginning and it worked just fine but now the Q scanner reader isn't recording when they scan their code. It will say success with the green checkmark and then immediately turn into something went wrong, try again. This is happened now three different occasions.

Despite the chat interaction available, no one ever responds. Seems like a lot of promises that aren't delivered. Loyalty doesn't work if the business looses their QR code. Need a better check in system.
Finally what a great App.
