We have been a Flok customer for over two years and have set up “packages” for purchase through the Flok app. To date $2,980 has been purchased by our customers ... and not a penny has ever been paid out to us by Flok. Two weeks ago, their head client service representative assured us that “Flok will be sending us a paper check shortly.” We never received a check or any further correspondence. Since then, Flok has ignored all emails and phone calls. Whatever you do, don’t allow packages for purchase unless you’re okay with not getting paid. This is a fly-by-night, understaffed company that does not care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and find an alternative Loyalty app.
App didn’t work at all

App won’t do anything for me except open, not load any location for anything, then crashes. Nothing else.

I just hate this app. It barely works. You cannot use it without location services on, so I grudgingly granted it access. (I already know the restaurant I want to use it for so didn’t need it to recommend stuff.) Even after turning on location access, it kept taking me literally across the Atlantic Ocean. (Sorry, flok, I’m not in Morocco.) When I directed the map to my area, it still couldn’t find “my” restaurant. In addition, it uses non-standard web design patterns, making it counterintuitive to use. Finally, I had accumulated some points with the local restaurant, but now they’re all gone and so is my “membership” in that restaurant’s “club.” Just not worth the hassle, so I deleted the app. I don’t need loyalty points that badly.

Cafe Kubal has awesome customer service and great decaf! One problem- The App is cool however it looks like a lot of other Apps on my phone and takes me forever to find it! Would be great if you make it more distinguishable so I know what it is. Even if you make “Flok” Big. Of course “KUBAL” would be so awesome!
