App won’t load half the time

This app is awful. Half the time I’m standing in the restaurant and I can’t get it to load so I don’t get the punch. Lately it keeps signing me out and I try to log in again and it signs me out again before I can even locate the restaurant.
The most frustrating app I’ve ever used

This app constantly is an issue, I have one retailer that I frequent, they have a “punch card” system that I would benefit from a lot more if this app were reliable. I am often logged out for no reason and my password hardly ever works. I request a new one and rarely get one in my email. This leaves me totally locked out. It is so absolutely frustrating but if I want the rewards I have to fuss with it for days sometimes! Thanks to the understanding store, I can send in pictures of receipts because even they know how terrible the app can be when trying to use it.

At 1st this app was great. Recently in the past 3 weeks I have come to the conclusion that it is straight ghetto. The app constantly crashes. It kicks you off as a user. When you try to log in it does not accept your log in credentials . I have my password written down and it still does not allow me in. When I ask for a password reset they never e-mail you back. Crappy app!!!

My local Papa Murphy’s uses flok punch card and has been great. However, I got a new phone and now am unable to login to my account. I signed up through Facebook and every time I click that option I get an error message that says to try again later.
Logged out and unable to get back in

After using for over a year I was suddenly logged out and unable to log back in. I have tried the reset password option several times and have not received an email. I see several others have had the same issue. Unfortunately this was right after I reached a free item and will not be able to redeem it.

Been trying to log in for two weeks now thru my phone it keeps saying oops we run into a problem try again later but in the iPad I had no problem tried requesting for a password reset but nothing fix your app please for the iOS 13.3 version

The app keeps logging me out and then when I try to log back in it tells me “oops we are having a problem, please try back later.” This has been going on now for weeks!
