App seldom works. Login process is garbage! No support options. Used Facebook login one time, now won’t let me back in.

Not sure what’s up with this app the past few weeks. Either takes forever to open or not open at all. Up till now I’ve enjoyed it. It socks when you can’t get punched coz the app won’t open and there are ppl waiting behind you. Update. I guess flok is going out of business in March 2020. Just as well. It hardly works when it should

I’ve been trying for weeks to get a new password for my Flok account without much success. Was able to get one once and it worked for one day. When I tried to login in the next day it wouldn’t work. I’ve requested a new password for several days now with no luck. I even emailed them with no response. My coffee shop has used this app for tracking my coffee purchases that build up to free ones. I’ve got 13 or 14 free drinks built up but can’t prove it because I can’t get into my account. Up until my coffee shop either decided to stop using this app or they found out from customers they were having problems, it was working great. Not sure what to do. You can login through Facebook but I don’t have a Facebook account.

Could not log in or reset password. It gave me an error message. No response to question I submitted online. Disappointed at the customer service. ☹️

Have been locked out of my account (and therefore have no access to my rewards) for weeks and have not received any responses to my emails. Therefore, I will not be using the App not visiting the business that they support!! This App is awful!!

Created an account at one email. Joined a club. Launched the app an hour later and was forced to log back in. Couldn’t login even though I tried my simple password numerous times. Tried to reset password multiple times. Never received reset email. Tried to create a new account at different address but kept getting error and told to try later. Deleted app and created new account. Finding ANY restaurant failed multiple times. Tried to use app next day, forced to login and you guessed it - even more simple password would not work. I’m done. This app is garbage.

I’m no longer able to log in to the app, it won’t allow me to change my password and won’t let me sign up with a different email address. Has been going on for a month with no resolution. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling and still doesn’t work.
