Broken – flok - Loyalty Cards App Review

The app has been broken for months! I used to use the app for rewards at a local restaurant, Farm to Ladle. The restaurant employees are aware that it is broken too but still there is no effort to fix it. The flok icon just bounces on a blank screen. Occurs on iPhone 8 on iOS 11 & iPhone XS on iOS 12.
