Great app otherwise in terms of perks and working with local businesses. My only complaint is intermittently it makes me log back in on my cell phone even though I have used it and it’s remained open on my phone. This is annoying and takes time. Once we have logged in and are using the same device we shouldn’t have to login again.

We are a salon and paid for this app to make things easier for our clients. Once we got everything rolling, we had several major “bugs” that Flok management couldn’t fix, rendering the app useless for us. Long story short, their customer service (and the app itself) is terrible!

Great idea, but I have missed out on at least 8 punches due to the app not working, even when my cell shows several bars of coverage. !
Brand new app all excited to get a free gallon of milk

Installed my app a few days ago, logged in, joined club, my local grocery store advertised its giving a free gallon of milk or free eggs, but when I went into the store “Zonk” error messages and no free milk for me. None of the employees nor the manager know how the app works, or what to do. They told me “it takes 15 mins to download” I said, “no I already had it downloaded days ago before I came in, even found my local stores on there. But it’s buggy and when I click “app support” it takes me, not to app support, but tries to sell me another app and profile for my business Nooooo ??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️ fix pleeeeeease!!! No way to contact support here in the App Store or even on the app itself! Grrrrrrrr
False advertising...I’m getting no punches for referrals

I like the idea, but I’ve referred several people to sign up for flok/4sons brewery, and have received no additional punches. ?

This app is crap. It keeps logging out and it does not have accurate account retrieval.
Pulls in wrong club

I keep selecting the correct club and location, but the wrong location keeps getting added to my list. No help/customer support within the app.
