Terrible scam artists

They trick you into signing up. Then they proceed to keep charging you for something they said was free. Then when you try to cancel they stop taking your calls and and only keep emailing you and not helping you. Beware it is a huge waste of money. They are crooks and scam artists!
Horrible app and cannot unsubscribe

Cannot unsubscribe from spam emails. Can not delete account. Cannot get customer support. On top of all that the app really doesn’t work well for reward programs. It is over complicated. I’ve dropped all locations from this app and will uninstall.

Worst app I have ever had. Lost all my points at my restaurant, twice! Both times when my card was full (imagine that). No support. Don't waste your time on this app.

Love Flok!! Except last visit to my favorite place, it would not work!! The Waiter/s tried in vain to get it to work, but got the notification it didn't register!! Could you plz fix!! Also, when I check in, to read my possible rewards.. It quickly reverts to Facebook! I don't have F/B!! Extremely frustrating to me & Wait staff!! Wish it wouldn't roll over automatically!! Thank you!! Other than that, like the business enrolled, have recommended others to the place!! They like too!! It's becoming THE place to go to!!
