Horrible customer service – FlixBus & FlixTrain Review

I booked a trip from Las Vegas to DTLA for my mom on 12/26/19 and they cancelled her bus last minute due to weather conditions(understandable). When I tried to rebook or get a refund, I called customer service and waited for 1-1/2 hr and still no one answered. After that, I attempted to just rebook on the app, but unfortunately it wouldn’t let me do that either.... such a waste of money.
