A steaming pile of poop

lite review

I didn’t know the show tickets I purchased via travel zoo were from this company. So after I purchased I was guided to install the app and I would see my tickets. Neither the mobile app or the desktop website show my tickets. I’ve been emailing support for WEEKS and their incredible advice is to look in the app. I can’t seem to make them understand that the app shows nothing purchased. I’ve sent screen shots, etc. same advice every time. The show tickets I purchased for my husbands birthday is fast approaching and this has been the most frustrating experience of all time. Definitely not worth the $20 a ticket I saved. I will delete this stupid app as soon as I get my tickets and will NEVER give this company my business in the future. Steaming pile of poop.

Garbage app

Evanlott

This app is just trash lol, there’s nothing good I can say about it. It’s very outdated and buggy. It doesn’t work well at all on iPhone X. The devs at this company should be ashamed of putting out such garbage for consumers.

Crashes

Crashes every time I try to transfer tickets to someone else. Please fix.

The worst ticket buying experience

I wish I could give zero stars. Purchased tickets on stubhub but apparently they were through flashseats. Was told they were transferred into my account but then they “disappeared” and no one could tell me why. Hours on the phone with customer service. Lost hundreds of dollars for nothing. Please save yourself the pain and do not use flashseats.

Beware! Do Not Download!

Wish I could give it negative stars! Horrible outdated app! Wasted time registering in order to receive my concert tickets and never got them. Sure enough day of the concert app had no events listed. I ended up having to call Vivid Seats again and spent about 40 minutes on the phone with them trying to resolve the issue while I was stuck outside of the concert venue not being allowed to get in. What frustration and annoyance! I missed one of the bands performing thanks to this crappy service! In the end Vivid Seats had to email directly a different set of tickets to get in! Thank you Flash Seats for ruining my evening! Never ever again! ?

Obviously I'm not alone

I bought two tickets to a concert. They never showed up on my account. I'm on the phone with them and they're saying that they just simply "don't have any information on them" and my confirmation number connects to some soccer game tickets owned by some random man. Because of this. They are saying there's nothing they can do. They can't get my tickets, and they can't give me a refund. I feel COMPLETELY ripped off by them and I can't believe I was forced to do the tickets this way. I never would've done this had I known the issues I would encounter. Just have the tickets mailed to you because I'm out $150 and apparently I'm not the only one who has had this issue.

Tickets still haven’t shown up

ScottBH1971

On day 3 with customer service. Ticket still hasn’t shown up in either of the 2 apps. Why 2 apps? Which to use? Why do I keep getting emails that my ticket is ready when it’s not? Beyond frustration. My event is in two days, getting nervous.

Worse Than AT&T and Comcast combined

Gearslbp

Tickets for my concert didn’t come in time and I missed the concert bc of technical issues through Flash Seats, far and away the worst app, customer service, and company I've ever dealt with, completely ruined my night and stole $60 from me

Yet another unhappy customer

Never use this service. I thought I was buying tickets from AXS, but the email came from vivid seats. I had planned to drive to red rocks 1400 miles. Had to cancel my entire trip because they didn’t send the tickets in time. NO REFUNDS. No exchanges. Might as well take $200 and throw it into the wind. They’re just a third party seller that wants even more money for tickets. Seriously, WORSE THAN TICKETMASTER. Avoid vivid seats at all cost.
