Worse ticket selling company ever. Ordered ticket, they took my money, and at the last minute cancelled purchase and needless to say I didn’t get to go. I will never use them again
Difficult to use and support is useless

I downloaded the app to access my tickets with no success. I contacted support who sent me information via email that did not work. Asked to speak to a live person and never got any answers. Save yourself hours of troubleshooting and do not buy tickets using this app. If I could give this app zero stars I would.

My girlfriend bought us tickets to go see Billie Eilish and we never received our tickets. We called them countless time and it was always the same person which seemed suspicious. Turns out they charged us for the calls because because it wasn’t a free number. We never even got our tickets. We had to file a claim through our bank to get our money back because we were being scammed which luckily we noticed before hand and were able to get our money back. Do not use this site!!!

Fortunately, I looked into accessing my tickets a week before the event. I ran into the same issues mentioned in a number of other reviews: couldn’t setup an account with AXS because they already created one for me with Flash and I had no idea what the password was. Luckily, I was able to reset it and didn’t get locked out as other people have. When you finally get to see your “tickets” they aren’t tickets at all. It’s a bar/scan code with minimal information above about your event. Plus, there’s no way to add them to your wallet, so you have to rely on their app, which looks like it’s from the early 2000s. As soon as the event is over I’m deleting this app and never choosing E-delivery again if Flash is the vendor.

Flash seats failed to send me my tickets, and after calling their customer support which doesn’t even have a real person and just transfers you to another automated message, I had to email several people and dig deep to finally get my tickets. Overall there are many faults to the company and their customer service. I wouldn’t use it again.

I normally don’t write reviews but I would just like to warn all who think that Flash Seats is a simple way to get your tickets. It is not! Let me repeat, it is not! Ironically for the convenience of getting and transferring tickets that Flash Seats attempts to convey. Their app is garbage and their website is 10x worse. Not to mention if you try to call in and ask for help you will be waiting on hold for the rest of your life, only to be told that no one can assist you. If you have fallen into their trap and are struggling to find or get your tickets. Save yourself some time and just call the stadium where your tickets are and transfer them to Will Call or have them mailed to you. It’s is not worth you time to even try with this company, they obviously only care about their commission from the team and not if you can actually get your tickets.

Don’t Waist your time Downloading this App!! They Lie and cheat you out of your tickets and money!! You order them over the phone then they tell you to download this app to view your tickets and when all is over said and done, the app says you have no tickets at all!! Totally Stupid!! Don’t Trust this App at all!! Plus there isn’t anyone to call for help because they don’t answer their phones!!!!
